23rd Semi Annual Fall Furniture Auction

Items include: 100 plus complete dining sets, dining room tables, dining room chairs, barstools, complete bedroom suites, lots of beds, hutches, bedroom furniture, hall trees, hall seats, hickory rockers, oak glider rockers, computer desks, desks, file cabinets, book shelves, blanket chests, crafts, sofas, recliners, sectional sofas, TV stands, coffee tables, end tables, occasional tables, plant stands, pie safes, jelly cupboards, rustic furniture, area rugs, lots of outdoor poly furniture, and more. We will have furniture from over 125 local craftsman. Furniture in cherry, quarter sawn oak, oak, brown maple, hickory and various other species. This auction will also contain items from Schlabaugh furniture store liquidation.
We will have over 3000 lots and will sell in six rings. There is something for everyone here!

Preview the auction on Friday, October 27 from 8 AM to 8 PM. You can register for bid card numbers starting at 5 PM on Friday and all day Saturday! 

Included in this auction: Affordable Barn Company lot model close out sale! We will have 25 barns that you can have delivered at your convenience by the end of year, 2023. Delivery can be paid for right at the auction: $250 up to 100 miles from Mt. Hope, Ohio. 

 
Delivery will be available for furniture; cost is approximately $3.00 per loaded mile with a minimum of $300. Make arrangements for delivery at the auction. 

Note to Consignors: Bring your consignments in Monday and Tuesday 8 AM to 4 PM and Wednesday 8 AM to noon.
Terms: Cash, Check, Visa and Mastercard accepted. There is a $5000 maximum charge for credit cards and they will incur 3% fee. There will be a 7% buyers’ premium charge on all in person sales and a 15% buyers’ premium for all online sales. There will be sales tax unless you are exempt.
